Weigh-it-in for the chance to win!

We are running a prize draw!  Every time you weigh in metal, you will be entered into our prize draw for the chance to win the ultimate driving experience: a Triple Supercar plus High Speed Passenger Ride and Photo!

Prize draw runs from 8am on  Friday 6th September until 5.30pm on Friday 1st November.

Terms and conditions

1. By entering the prize draw you are agreeing to these prize draw terms and conditions.

2. The prize draw is being run by Kas Metal

 
Eligibility to enter

3. The prize draw is open to entrants over 18 years of age who have an account with Kas Metal.

4. In entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win.

5. The prize draw is free to enter.

How to enter

6. To enter the prize draw simply weigh in metal at our Atherton site from business opening at 8am on  Friday 6th September until close of play, 5.30pm on Friday 1st November. Each time you weigh in equals another entry into the prize draw.

7. Kas Metal will not accept responsibility if contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate.

The prize

8. The prize will a Five Supercar Thrill plus High Speed Passenger Ride and Photo experience.

9. The winner will be drawn at random.

10. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.

11. We reserve the right to substitute prizes with another prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.

12. The decision of Kas Metal regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

Winner announcement

13. The winner will be notified after Friday 1st November via the email provided.

 Data protection and publicity

14. You consent to any personal information you provide in entering the prize draw being used by Kas Metal  for the purposes of administering the prize draw.

15. The winner agrees to their photo and first name being used on Kas Metal’s social media pages.

16. An announcement of the winners first will be made via Kas Metal’s social media pages.

17. Kas Metal does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in the prize draw.

18. Kas Metal reserves the right to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.
